When you access the site, your IP address is used in real time, through the MaxMind GeoIP2 database, to estimate your country of origin and automatically suggest the most suitable language. The IP address is not logged or stored in any database.

Contact requests via email

If you write to one of the email addresses listed on this page, the data you include in your message (e.g. name, email address, content) is processed solely to respond to your request and is never shared with third parties.

Legal basis for processing

Processing of data strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site (language routing, security) is based on the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing of data voluntarily provided via email is based on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b)).

Data retention

The IP address is not stored. The language preference cookie remains on the user's device for a maximum of 12 months. Emails received are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless otherwise required by law.
